Congratulations His Excellency Guillaume HAWING for being appointed as a Minister of Pre-University Education and Literacy (MEPUA).
Guillaume is a fruit of the Guinean University, precisely Gamal Abdel NASSER of Conakry (40th promotion, holder of an engineering degree in electro-energetics). Teacher-Researcher, head of establishment and politician; Guillaume became famous above all for his “invention” of a mathematical algorithm allowing the generation, organization and ordering of prime numbers, published in February 2016. Since then, he has participated in numerous and important conferences, led conferences, published a book and several scientific articles. He obtained his most important distinctions in 2019 at the International Innovation Week in Africa (IWA 2019) fair held in Rabat (Morocco): Two gold medals and a grand prize for science and innovation.
