1. Preamble
The following online sales terms govern all transactions established through ofeed.tv web site. Any transaction processed through this web site assumes the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
2. Purpose
These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sales done via ofeed.tv web site.
3. Sales
The customer connects to ofeed.tv web site and selects the items that he wishes to buy. He then fills his identity information, accepts the terms and clicks on the “Pay” button. The customer is thus redirected to the CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) online secure payment platform where he completes his payment information and validates the payment.
4. Payment Methods
To pay on Internet by credit card, the customer is called to enter his payment card credentials on the secure payment page. When the transaction is accepted by the bank, the settlement to debit his account is made in the working-day following the date of the transaction confirmation.
Online payment with credit cards is secured by the payment provider online platform that provides a fully secure payment service. Example: CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire).
The customer guarantees ofeed.tv web site that he has enough funds required when using the payment method chosen by him during the payment validation.
When paying by credit card, the conditions of this payment method that are contained in the agreements established between the customer and his issuer bank, and between ofeed.tv web site and his bank, are applied.
5. Data Privacy
The information requested from the customer during the online payment are required to process the online transaction. They are treated confidentially. When the payments are processed through a gateway like Stripe or PayPal, some of the customers’ data will be passed to the respective third party, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and your customer’s billing information.
6. Proof of payment
Payment Method Terms are terms that apply to the use of Payment Methods. You can decide whether or not to use a Payment Method. However, if you use a Payment Method, you accept and agree to the terms applicable to that Payment Method, which will form part of your agreement with Stripe.

The above list is not an exhaustive list of the Payment Methods offered by Stripe, and there are Payment Methods for which there are no separate Payment Method Terms.
Payment Method availability also varies by geography. Depending on your location, you may not be able to use one or more of the Payment Methods listed above (or that are otherwise offered by Stripe).
Amendments and changes
Payment Methods are sourced from various providers, and each provider controls the terms that apply to its Payment Method. As a consequence, the terms and Documentation applicable to a Payment Method are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to periodically review the terms and Documentation in order to ensure that you are aware of, and comply with, the applicable requirements.
Stripe may add or remove Payment Methods at any time.
Redirection to online banking pages
Some Payment Methods require the re-direction of the Customer to an online banking page (“Online Banking Payment Methods”).
The data stored on the payment provider online platform for the account of the ofeed.tv web site are considered as proof of payment for the online transaction made by the customer. Example: CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) online platform.
7. Shipping
Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Restrictions for specific items may require the purchaser to provide additional information in order to ship the item.
You'll be notified at checkout if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.
When possible, product detail pages filter out offers that can't be shipped to your delivery address. To determine your shipping location, we'll use your default shipping address or billing address (if shipping address is not provided).
8. Refunds
When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.
We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to us. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the same payment method you used during checkout.
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. For example, Credit card may require Three to five business days.
Note: All information on this page only relates to items bought from or Fulfilled by OFEED. Don't return items to OFEED that were bought on OFEED Marketplace and shipped to you by the seller.
